She was very knowledgable and helpful while we were making our final decision. She got me in the car I wanted and for the right price! Next, the service department was great, the people were very helpful and friendly, and it didn't take all day to get my car serviced. A little pricey for an oil change but I expected that from a dealership in Jacksonville NC. I would recommend the service dept because of the people. I would not use the sales dept, because one of the men who works there, screwed " sorry for term" on some furniture when he worked at a local store, I wouldn't trust him for no amount of money.
