I bought my 2021 Toyota 4-runner from Stevenson-Hendrick Toyota and have taken it for service several times at this dealership. Each time I have taken my vehicle for service I have been thoroughly impressed Toyota and have taken it for service several times at this dealership. Each time I have taken my vehicle for service I have been thoroughly impressed with Kami who goes above and beyond to ensure I am taken care of and the service of my vehicle is done correctly and in a timely manner. Definitely a top notch dealership and service department for both purchasing a vehicle and gettin service done to a vehicle. More

I would like to thank the general manager George papa John for his assistance and getting my refund back on my maintenance contract so quickly he was very thorough and kept in constant communication with John for his assistance and getting my refund back on my maintenance contract so quickly he was very thorough and kept in constant communication with me which I really do appreciate. He went above and beyond and even then met me in town to get the check to me quickly as he had it fedexed to him overnight so that we could take care of this matter. I truly appreciate his assistance and has changed my review of the dealership. More
I was going to leave a worse rating because of the finance team but figured that wouldn't be fair to the rest of the team who was involved for the sale of my vehicle. Unfortunately dealt with the f finance team but figured that wouldn't be fair to the rest of the team who was involved for the sale of my vehicle. Unfortunately dealt with the finance department, he wouldn't stop pushing optional packages and extended warranties while making it seem like I would not get approved for financing without tacking on $1000s in optional extended warranties that he will make commission on. the finance team tried pushing a "Forced Extended Warranty Scam".... Finance also mentioned that we would be unable to proceed with the deal because the car was considered a "speciality vehicle" and they would not be able to ship it... After being frustrated; I escalated the situation and spoke with a Manager and that's when things started moving smoothly. I'd like to personally thank Tahseen and Brooklyn, they were able to provide a respectable professional level of service and ultimately closed out the deal making the rest of the process a breeze. All in all, I don't believe the entire dealership is to blame, it's just one bad cookie in the batch that threw a wrench in the process, other than the financing hiccup everything went smooth and I'm thrilled with my vehicle. They also keep reporting my review so that it gets taken down... More

Everything was great util the finance department wanted to screw me over on a trade in. They offered thousands less than other dealerships offered and wanted to put me in a used vehicle (at a higher price to screw me over on a trade in. They offered thousands less than other dealerships offered and wanted to put me in a used vehicle (at a higher price even though it had a couple thousand miles and smelled dingy) instead of the new one I wanted. This isn't the first time Ive run into similar issues with this dealership. I had hoped that after the merger with Wilmington the trying to screw the local military population out of money would've stopped but it seems like it's only gotten worse. I will never even bring my Toyotas in for maintenance any longer because I refuse to contribute to a place that tries to take advantage of the local community. Use Raleigh or New Bern if you're looking for fair pricing. More
Brooklyn was our car dealer who helped us buy our 4-runner and we absolutely love it. She was amazing! We have a baby and she was so sweet with him, very nice and fun to talk with! When we took our now 4-runner out for a test drive she mentioned blasting her music when she would test her own cars out for herself because you know some people really like their music and we didn’t even think about it until she said something and showed us how to control the volume through out the vehicle which we love because we do have a baby, anyways the bonding experience way great! I just loved her vibe! If you're looking to buy a vehicle from here I would suggest working with Brooklyn she is absolutely amazing!! More
