Overall everyone was very friendly. However the work took far too long. An oil change should only have taken an hour if we are being generous and I would even give an hour and a half if However the work took far too long. Waiting usually isn’t that big a deal but with a 4 month old who needed a nap it felt much longer. 2.5 hours for an oil change in total.
