My wife and I hade a truly amazing experience buying our new Sienna from this team! Jay, the sales manager kept me well informed of the progress and was genuine and friendly the entire time. They helped us with our AutoGuard protection for the things that my wife and I cannot control (like messy kids. lol and how long electronics last) I knew from the way they spoke to me and how quickly they delivered on their promises, this was without a doubt the right place to trust my business with. The General Manager even drove to my work for my signatures, then to where my wife was for her signatures!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!! Once everything was done and signed, our salesman CJ who has been an absolute delight from the very beginning of this process, took the time out of his day on the last day of the month to deliver our Sienna to Wilmington so we didn't have to drive! He showed me many of the wonderful features it offers and he even invited us back for a proer re-delivery so my wife can get the most out of our new Sienna!!! I purchased a car in March 2021, purchased remotely and had the car delivered to me. The purchasing process was pleasant and easy and everyone involved was really kind. The problems started when my 30-day paper tag expired and I couldn't get a straight answer from the finance department about where my license plate was. The repeated answer to me over the phone was "it should be there this week". No matter who I spoke to, I was either given that answer, transferred to someone who was not at their desk or asked to leave a message for someone regarding my situation. This was told to me every week. My following up several times at the DMV led me to uncover that the car was not registered under my name, and not even the dealerships. 6 months after I had purchased my car from this dealership, the DMV had record that it still belonged to the prior owner!!! When I finally was able to have an employee of the DMV call the dealership directly (the second week of AUGUST), only THEN did I receive a phone call from the General Manager at SHTJ, where he was claiming that he had only just heard of this situation. He was extremely amenable and handled my situation with great care, for which I was grateful. The final verdict was that the title was never transferred, something about the woman who traded-in the car had never released the lien. But this is not the woman's problem. It's not my problem. It is entirely the responsibility of the dealership to ensure they have the ability to sell a car! This dealership was not authorized to sell this car to me and yet the transaction occurred. I shudder to think of what could have happened had I been so unfortunate as to be pulled over during that time. I was refunded my money in-full, the car was purchased back, and I have decided not to take legal action. My part in the matter was that I could have followed-up more directly, been aggressive sooner and should have had a sense that something was wrong by the second month or so. I just didn't know any better. Steven, my salesperson, was very kind and I don't know if he had anything to do with this fiasco. More

Having all three of my small children with me, one would expect this to be, at a minimum, a long and stressful process. However, Jennifer was fit for the task and welcomed the four of us in to promptly get started on helping me find a great deal. She was highly knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to listen to my exact needs and desires. After working with management to get the deal just right, I walked out of there with a brand new truck and a payment that worked very well for my budget. All in all, the best experience I’ve had at a dealership hands down! Go see Jenny! You won’t be disappointed! More
