30,000 mile routine service in only 3 and 1/2 hours I scheduled this service for 1 PM; Friday 17 October; I arrived at 1231 PM. After leaving the car and key with the 'greeter' I waited until about 1:1 I scheduled this service for 1 PM; Friday 17 October; I arrived at 1231 PM. After leaving the car and key with the 'greeter' I waited until about 1:10 before I was greeted by my service advisor. Told him no need to rotate and balance the tires since they were new. Did not receive my vehicle back until 4PM. The service advisor told me the tech had been having some difficulties putting the fuel system components back. 'It will only be a few minutes more' stretched into an hour. Generally the service has been prompt and efficient and since I purchased the Land Cruiser there I wanted to stay loyal to the dealership. If the most recent experience is to become the norm, I'll go elsewhere. More

A Great Experience I went to the dealer on 10/14/19 to get my 15000 mile oil change on my wife's Highlander. While I was waiting I ran into Brittany while looking at th I went to the dealer on 10/14/19 to get my 15000 mile oil change on my wife's Highlander. While I was waiting I ran into Brittany while looking at the showroom cars. Honestly I HATE car sales people and immediately tried to cut the conversation short. But Brittany was not the normal sales woman. She simply asked if I was interested in any car. I told her my wife didn't really like her 2018 Highlander even though I had only bought it for her 9 months ago and it was the Limited Platinum edition. We started chatting it up and to make a long story short I walked out of there with a 2019 4Runner and a 2020 Camry! Two cars! Not sure if you read the part about me hating car dealers and sales people but I'm telling you Brittany is awesome. The entire team at Stevenson Hendrick Toyota was great. I told Brittany what I needed to stay at with my payments and she got it there. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, nothing! Just honest dialog.
