Disappointing Will Never be Back to a Hendrick Dealer.... Sales Manager Andy is very rude... To give a little background, I am a college student who was in nee Will Never be Back to a Hendrick Dealer.... Sales Manager Andy is very rude... To give a little background, I am a college student who was in need of a vehicle. I was given a gift of a check to purchase a vehicle with. Online, I noticed a vehicle at this dealership within my budget that I inquired about. I was on the phone almost all day with the dealership figuring out pricing and trying to put a deposit down to hold the car until I could get there the next day. When talking with the Finance Manager Doug, he told me that I am not allowed to pay in cash so that he could try to sell me extra warranties when I got there after I repeatedly told him I did not want that. After being on the phone all day I get a call from a salesman telling me that they accidentally listed the price wrong which crushed me. They mentioned their internet disclaimer that says if they list the price wrong then they do not have to honor it. I understand that, however, I was told by numerous people over the course of the day that the vehicle was in fact at the price listed. The finance manager even said "I assume you are wanting this car because it is the cheapest and nicest one around" After spending the next two days talking with the sales manager Andy on the phone, he tells me they will not be honoring their mistake and gives me some recommendations on vehicles WAY out of my budget. Andy was very disrespectful to me and at one point even said to me "I don't have to go out of my way to help you." I have not heard from him in days, showing that he clearly is NOT going out of his way to help me. In my experience, the customer should always be first, however, in the case of Stevenson-Hendrick Toyota, they must feel very differently. My family has been long time Hendrick customers but unfortunately that road ends here. More

As I asked the service employee if I could speak to a sales employee about options, Daydren Davis happened to be walking by and overheard our conversation. Without hesitation he began to talk with me and helped throughout the entire purchasing process. I ended up walking out of there with exactly what I wanted. Daydren was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted and offered his help wherever need. He was even willing to take me on to the lot when it was raining. It was a great overall experience starting with service and ending with finance. All employees were extremely polite and professional. More

30,000 mile routine service in only 3 and 1/2 hours I scheduled this service for 1 PM; Friday 17 October; I arrived at 1231 PM. After leaving the car and key with the 'greeter' I waited until about 1:1 I scheduled this service for 1 PM; Friday 17 October; I arrived at 1231 PM. After leaving the car and key with the 'greeter' I waited until about 1:10 before I was greeted by my service advisor. Told him no need to rotate and balance the tires since they were new. Did not receive my vehicle back until 4PM. The service advisor told me the tech had been having some difficulties putting the fuel system components back. 'It will only be a few minutes more' stretched into an hour. Generally the service has been prompt and efficient and since I purchased the Land Cruiser there I wanted to stay loyal to the dealership. If the most recent experience is to become the norm, I'll go elsewhere. More
