Dealer Games This dealer plays the "Dealer Game". I inquired about a vehicle that had been advertised for at least a month by email on a Sunday evening. Sure enoug This dealer plays the "Dealer Game". I inquired about a vehicle that had been advertised for at least a month by email on a Sunday evening. Sure enough I got a call the next day(Monday morning) from a salesman. In my email I asked to have a quote for the full cash price of the vehicle. When the sales person called he asked my state and county of residence and assured me he would email the information after he had researched all the applicable tax, title and tag information. His return email was entitled with "(The vehicle make and model)Pricing". I excitingly open the email, looking for the final price information so that I could arrange to have a cashiers check made and make arrangemnets to get to there that day. To my great disappointment the email read that the vehicle had been removed from their inventory that very morning by their "sister dealership" and was under final negotiation for sale. I was then encouraged to ask about other vehicles. The classic leave a vehicle advertised to get a potential customer to call, then using superior salesmanship get the unknowing car buyer to gain interest in another vehicle. If the vehicle was not even in their inventory , why else would the call have been made? By the way I just checked Auto Trader tonight,after having the entire afternoon to remove the vehicle from the website, The vehicle is still advertised for sale!! More

I emai I had a great experience with Stevenson Honda pre-owned dealership. I found the car I wanted on cars.com and was directed to Stevenson website. I emailed them and had an immediate response. The salesperson was very knowledgable and professional. I was introduced to the general manger as well as the finance person ultimately to finalize the deal. All of the individuals were very professional and kind. I had a smooth and pleasant experience and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks!! More
