Time after time what we thought woul Throughout our car shopping experience we met with 7 different dealerships and met with 7 different sales people. Time after time what we thought would be a fun car shopping experience, turned into a stressful and exhausting experience. Our car shopping stopped when we met with Casey at Stillman. Casey was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. After meeting with someone at the Cherry Hill Volvo dealership we were truly turned off by the brand as we were shooed off by the sales person when someone else walked into the dealership. We heard such great things about Stillman from friends of ours that we decided to give Volvo another shot. After meeting with Casey our minds were completely shifted back to Volvo and we knew we were in good hands. We had a couple unique personal hiccups throughout the process but Casey was extremely patient never making us feel like a hindrance. The day we picked up our car Casey spent almost an hour with us reviewing every single feature. Casey's thoroughness, professionalism, and patience was a rare find and we couldn't be happier to have bought through him! Highly recommend Stillman and Casey! More

David is exceptional in the sense that he is incredibly kind, honest, personable (great sense of humor) and never puts the pressure on a client. David was determined to find a car that I would love! David Parry was great to work with. I was shopping for a new car and thought I knew what I wanted. I knew I wanted a crossover, and the XC40 looked p David Parry was great to work with. I was shopping for a new car and thought I knew what I wanted. I knew I wanted a crossover, and the XC40 looked perfect for my needs. It had lots of great features that came standard, and I enjoyed the test drive. I was sold!. But then came the challenge of the trim. I learned about the different exterior and interior colors depending upon the trim. In the end, I bought my dream car - the bursting blue R design. David was SUPER patient with me as I tried to find the right color combination that was both attractive and practical. I love the bursting blue color with the black accent. The charcoal interior is dark, which I thought would be too hot. It's not a problem at all because I can start the car remotely to get the AC going. I've used it a couple of times already in this heat wave, and it works as expected. I would not admit to buying a car just on looks, but I feel like I have all of the features that I wanted plus it looks fantastic. Dave helped me to get a great deal, too. I am looking forward to my service visits to say hi to David and Kevin (who was also super helpful when teaching me all of the new electronics). More
