Great experience with the service department! I was recommended this location after a terrible experience at a different location not associated with Stillman. I could not have been more satisfied with recommended this location after a terrible experience at a different location not associated with Stillman. I could not have been more satisfied with their communication and ability to quickly troubleshoot and solve the problem. What took months to troubleshoot elsewhere took minutes here. I wont take my car anywhere else and will drive the extra miles for this great service. My only regret is not having purchased my car at this dealership. Extremely professional and welcoming! More

Brought in my 2009 S60 for a noise problem. The service department checked our the problem and was unable to find the source, although they indicate that all was in working order and may be the windshield department checked our the problem and was unable to find the source, although they indicate that all was in working order and may be the windshield sealant. No charge for the inspection. Thanks for nor recommending unneeded repairs. Also, had the sparkplugs changed at a reasonable price, compare to another automotive shop. Everyone was helpful courteous. Wow!! I'm a Saab guy having purchased about 25 Saabs since 1995 but recently have been wondering about the Saab's Swedish competitor, Volvo! Well, saw a beautiful S80 on Stillman's website and had the pleasure of speaking with David Parry. Down to earth, professional, no pressure, so knowledgeable, just simply the best!! The minute I stepped into the Dealership, I knew, I was hooked on the sincerity, the professionalism and fabulous long history of this dealership. The atmosphere and staff make you feel like family. A big thanks also to Greg Donaldson, in the Service Department, who was kind enough to provide me with the service history of my S80 Volvo. David was incredibly helpful during my process of searching for a new car!
