Great experience with the service department! I was recommended this location after a terrible experience at a different location not associated with Stillman. I could not have been more satisfied with recommended this location after a terrible experience at a different location not associated with Stillman. I could not have been more satisfied with their communication and ability to quickly troubleshoot and solve the problem. What took months to troubleshoot elsewhere took minutes here. Brought in my 2009 S60 for a noise problem. The service department checked our the problem and was unable to find the source, although they indicate that all was in working order and may be the windshield department checked our the problem and was unable to find the source, although they indicate that all was in working order and may be the windshield sealant. No charge for the inspection. Thanks for nor recommending unneeded repairs. Also, had the sparkplugs changed at a reasonable price, compare to another automotive shop. Everyone was helpful courteous. The minute I stepped into the Dealership, I knew, I was hooked on the sincerity, the professionalism and fabulous long history of this dealership. The atmosphere and staff make you feel like family.
