If anything, I was once again pleasantly surprised at the entire experience. Dave Parry was knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. He never pressed me to buy and answered all of my questions with patience. He was even exceptionally patient and kind when we dropped in on a busy Saturday afternoon to test drive (which no one should do to any dealership; please make appointments, especially on Saturdays!). It was also a nice touch that when I went to Stillman to pick up the car and finalize the sale, they had the car parked in the showroom under the spotlights. Holly Hopkins walked us through all of the cars features and technology and followed up with us after only a few days to check in with additional questions (which is necessary, because there's A LOT of new technology in the car!). Her explanations were thorough and helpful. The "no pressure" philosophy at Stillman is one of the primary reasons I am a repeat buyer (that, and my first Volvo was a great car, as is my new one). When shopping around I had my car choices narrowed down to either the XC90 or the Audi Q7. The primary reason for choosing the XC90 was the fact that it was the better car in my opinion, but also because the Audi dealership was breathing down my neck non-stop and pressing me to buy asap which was a significant turn-off. I loved that I wasn't feeling the stress to buy from Dave, and as a result it actually prompted me to want to buy sooner. More

Purchased a Volvo I had went to the volvo dealership last Wednesday and Scott was nothing but kind to me.
