I was surprised that Scott did not put any pressure on us to like his car.. Maybe he knew that we would be back a year later. Our second test drive was with Denise McElhinney and she knows Volvos. The comfortable third row seat in the XC90 eventually sold us on the car over the Q7. Scott was great to work with when we ordered the SUV with only the options that we wanted. After taking delivery, he has been very willing to help me learn all the features on the car. It looks like it will be multiple visits to him. More

Always Available I tried to have my car serviced for rear breaks at the Volo dealership near me. Unfortunately, that Volvo dealership had no openings for at least 4 I tried to have my car serviced for rear breaks at the Volo dealership near me. Unfortunately, that Volvo dealership had no openings for at least 4 days. I checked the Stillman West Chester's site and there were several openings every day. I got my breaks replace the next day. Greg Donaldson made the extra distance commute worth it. I think I've found a home dealership. More

various services needed I noticed several issues with my vehicle (noises, pressure with the breaks, steering), and brought it in to be looked at. Stillman diagnosed 4 differ I noticed several issues with my vehicle (noises, pressure with the breaks, steering), and brought it in to be looked at. Stillman diagnosed 4 different issues - new rotors for the breaks, 2 bent wheels, a damaged gasket around the windshield, and an alignment. While it took several days since the wheels needed to be sent out to be straightened, Greg kept me informed of the status of the services. I rely on Stillman's service center for all of my volvo's servicing needs. More
