Purchase of 2015 Volvo S60 I called Denise at 10am and told her I will be at the lot by noon to see a Volvo S60. I explained I live an hour away and was giving them an hour to complete the entire process should I decide to make a purchase. Denise requested I email some documents and complete the finance application online prior to arriving. I pulled in at noon and found the car parked in front of the building and ready to test drive. My son was directed to Lego land while we talked. Denise got a juice box and snacks for him while we spent maybe 3 minutes discussing price and trade in value. We moved to finance after about 15 minutes, where Angelo gave my son paper to draw on while we spent 20 minutes signing the paperwork. We walked out of the office with a new car in just over an hour. The staff was helpful and pleasant. My son, 4, asked to stay longer and play with legos, cars and all the nice people. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good car and great people. I will be back to buy from Stillman Volvo again after getting 170,000 plus miles on my newest and 3rd Volvo. More

Great sales guy Scott Evans We ordered the car since we could not get what we wanted in a 2017 XC90. They said it would be in in January or first week of February (This was Dec We ordered the car since we could not get what we wanted in a 2017 XC90. They said it would be in in January or first week of February (This was Dec 8 2017) Our lease was up and we extended our lease with the goal of not having to make a February payment of $800 on our Infinti QX60 Hybrid. Sadly the car came in February 16 and they did not have a prep guy to make the car ready until February 19. Since this delay I had to pay the $2000 deposit to Volvo and the $800 for my Infinti. When I brought it up they said the offered me a loaner (Back in December they said the most they could do was a week on a loaner and I would have my car so it didn't make sense for us to take it.) I can say that the sales rep Scott Evans was AWESOME and I would buy a car from him again. As a sales manager of a large company,I realize that things are beyond my control. I just have to fix or do whats right by my customers. In the end they are my boss. More
