Consistently this dealership has taken care of our families’ needs for more than a decade and I feel it important to reach out in regards to adjust how Outstanding the experience has been. Additionally to highlight that Scott is the most outstanding sales representative we have ever experienced and one of the main reasons we keep coming back. Obviously the entire dealership including their service and obviously the brand of cars they carry is important and top-notch, but when making those tough decisions about which dealership and which brand to purchase from - Scott is the linchpin that makes us not even consider another option! Whether it be the personalized attention, the professional yet casual approach to the business and a true feeling of partnership- whether it comes to selecting the car, different options, financing or really anything across-the-board - there is just a feeling of being well taken care of by Scott that feels more like a family friend than The typical car buying experience . We do not know Scott outside of the business but that is the feeling he makes us feel every time we come in. Also the after purchase care is ridiculously crisp. He personally follows up across the entire purchase even afterwards just to check in and ask questions to make sure we are OK. If there’s ever been an issue it is quickly nailed down with no further follow up needed. Scott is fantastic in all areas and highly recommend stopping by when you are looking for a car. There’s a true no pressure attitude and you will find someone that is a true partner and someone across the years that will be easy to deal with, who listens, who will educate you and truly customize the experience seamlessly all in service to you while somehow keeping it all so simple. There are a lot of choices out there for us all to make & hopefully this review allows a validation that this is a solid top-notch dealership no matter how you rate one, that deserves a look and with Scott as a sales person there’s really no one to compare to the experience. (1) We were very happy with the prior car, a 2014 Volvo S60. (2) We were quite satisfied with the service department at Stillman Volvo and we used them for every service appointment (both maintenance and inspections). (3) We were pleased with the salesperson we dealt with four years ago. When we purchased the new car, we spoke with the same salesperson we used in the past, Denise McElhiney. The sales experience we had this past time was even better than before. We got a great deal! Denise makes the purchase experience a pleasant and personal one. Denise takes her time getting to know what you are looking for in a car, resulting in you getting the perfect car. We went on vacation and came back to the delivery of our newly prepped Volvo. We couldn't have been happier and thankful for the family and team at Stillman Volvo.
