We just took delivery of our seventh Volvo. This was the quickest and easiest transaction ever - from the phone call telling David what we were interested in and our price range to delivery. David was prepared with what we might like when we walked into the showroom. We picked his first choice for us as it was the one. We did look at others but it only took a very short time to confirm that David was right. We set up a date to pick up our new ride. David greeted us as we came in and we went directly to the finance office with John, who had all the finance matters ready with correct spelling of name (thank you John) and in a very few minutes with all questions answered we are owners of another awesome Volvo. John made it almost too easy. Austin met us and took us right out to our car and introduced us to her. He show us all the features and explained some things not only once or twice, some even 3 times. What great knowledge and patience he has. Thank you Austin, you made the setting up of the systems easy. Then back to David to say so long. It was terrific dealing with you and greatly appreciated. I must say this was the first time we had fun picking up our new car. More
