Same day car purchase SUPREMO! February 25, 2017 marked our third Volvo transaction with Stillman Volvo since 2002. Eleven years and 160,400 miles later we said our final farewell to our loyal 2006 Volvo S60. We never had any problems with her. She kept us safe and sound over the years with minimum fuss or expense. I remember the day we hit a deer on Rt 301 going 55 MPH. The car never swerved.... the people in the backseat had no idea we had hit a deer but the car did split the deer in half with minor damage to the car. Now we welcome our new Volvo S60 with it's enhanced safety features. What's magical about our new car was that it technically was NOT in their system....so no other customer knew it existed! It was waiting for us to take her home... the only car there that met our exterior and interior colors and style we wanted. Brad Stillman really worked with us to meet our financial requirements to get us that car! And KUDOS to sales rep Dave Parry for his perseverance and customer service expertise to ensure our FULL SATISFACTION. Now we are ready for our new ADVENTURES! More

Dishonest, even for used car dealers Worked with a salesman late one night (in person) and at opening the next morning (by text). Explained urgency to buy a car that same day. Agreed a price, all ready to go at 10am, then...silence. No responses to 5 texts, no responses to calls to the front desks, nothing. Waited on other purchase options as really liked the Stillman vehicle. More calls...still nothing. At end of day, we call manager (owner) who says they sold it during the day and chastises us as if it is our fault to not have bought the vehicle. Huh? It is one thing to exhibit slimy business practices pitting one salesman against another, leaving the customer worse off. It is another thing altogether to not even answer the phone and explain what you've done. Man-up Stillman. Your touted family leadership leads families to other dealers. More
