I had contacted David Parry by phone to schedule an appointment, and he was ready, willing and able. He was very knowledgeable about the car. In addition, he was warm, and engaging. Even though we had already owned a VX60, David took the time to introduce us to the new features of this vehicle,, and to get us configured and set up with blue tooth, and service assistance. I have found all the people at Stillman to be of the highest quality. Truly lovely people who do an excellent job with a great deal of personal integrity. Most have been people of faith, and have had interesting life stories which they have been free to share. I have an Infinity, but I am looking forward to the day when I can trade it in for a Volvo! I went on the website and sent an email about certified used volvos as I purchased my XC60 SUV from Stillman in 2012 and have never been happier. David Parry responded and we went back and forth a few days trying to figure out what to do. My son then had a day off and I said just go to Stillmans, talk to David and see what he can do for you. When Jason my son, walked in he was met by David who was so nice to him and very helpful, he kind of took him under his wing! Working with David Parry has been such a pleasure. He was very upfront with us on everything and we found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful on every question we had. He managed to help us find the best deal for my son and led us in the right direction. As a customer, it is very nervewracking to go out into the auto market and deal with salesman and it is very stressful trying to find just the right vehicle at an affordable price that comes with a warranty, in other words--a real good deal. MY XC 90 VOLVO I knew nothing about Volvo cars except I had driven a rented S 60 Volvo a year ago and really liked it. .I owned a Toyota Sequoia and was ready to tr I knew nothing about Volvo cars except I had driven a rented S 60 Volvo a year ago and really liked it. .I owned a Toyota Sequoia and was ready to trade it in after 11 years and wanted something a little smaller in an SUV. I had not seen any SUV's I liked until I was heading towards Wilmington and ended up in the Stillman Volvo yard by mistake! The dealership was very friendly and I was assigned Dave Perry to help me out. I had a lot of questions and wanted to test drive a XC 90. Dave was very knowledgeable about what type of gas it used, the maintenance and safety and other features of the vehicle. I was surprised at how safe the car was. Dave had me try a white Momentum with the third row seating. I did not want third row seating but needed the room in the back and I also wanted blue with light interior. Dave and I took a walk in the lot and he showed me the perfect blue Volvo with light interior except I wanted different wheels and he said that could be done. My Dad and Dave discussed and settled on a price without Dave being pushy or trying to sell me more features than I wanted. Stillman gave me a loaner car while my new one was having the wheels exchanged and the floor mats installed. Dave delivered my new blue XC 90 Volvo to me in Milton, DE It was later when I realized I wanted some touch up paint and Dave made it happen by delivering it to my boyfriends house in Middletown, DE. The overall experience and the extra touches taken care of by Dave Perry made the purchase of my new XC 90 Volvo at Stillman Volvo a pleasure and I would and will recommend both of them.
