The best sales and service I bought my first Volvo from this dealership in 2013. My sales rep was Denise McElhiney. Since that time I have returned three times for trade-in an I bought my first Volvo from this dealership in 2013. My sales rep was Denise McElhiney. Since that time I have returned three times for trade-in and a new car. All three times Denise was attentive, helpful, responsive and understanding. I like doing business with Denise. She makes the process hassle free. With my recent trade-in, she delivered the vehicle to my place of work so that I would not have to make the drive to the dealership. Now that's what I call service. I loved all of my Volvo's; 2 XC60's and now the S60. Great vehicles and I will continue purchasing Volvo vehicles. The service department at this dealership is great too! Very accommodating and without hassle. The service department makes it convenient for recommended maintenance and warranty repairs. More

He was happy to show me special features about the car I purchased and helped me set-up details of the car's programming that I would have had trouble doing on my own. Painless and friendly experience I was able to purchase a car from stillman by email, phone after having done a test drive. This was a big plus as I live about 4 hours away. Honest and Dedicated! These days it is rare to find a dealership that is highly dedicated to their customers and truly backs their cars, but Stillman Volvo is just that! M These days it is rare to find a dealership that is highly dedicated to their customers and truly backs their cars, but Stillman Volvo is just that! Moreover, Denise McElhiney in sales is the most knowledgeable and honest salesperson I have ever worked with (I'm 57 years old and have purchased many new cars [VW's, BMW's, Land Rovers!) In 2015, Denise sold me my first Volvo (an XC60). Unfortunately, over the past few months the vehicle had some major engine problems, which required 4 separate repairs. Although Stillman's service department was always prompt and performed excellent service on my car, I was losing confidence in the vehicle's reliability. I loved so many things about my XC60 and I felt I could trust Denise to clearly lay out my options, so I contacted her. She responded quickly and we met the next day; she researched my car's service history and immediately spoke with Jonathan Stillman, who then personally apologized to me that my Volvo had not lived up to Volvo's usual standards. Both Denise and Jonathan said they'd do everything possible to make the situation right AND THEY DID!! In less than 24hrs, Denise found the perfect 2016 XC60 (same package options as my 2015) and gave me a FABULOUS deal! I am SO HAPPY! You can be assured that Stillman Volvo has your back and because of that, when it's time for my next purchase, I'll be going back to Stillman and Denise!! More
