I owned 5 Volvo wagons over 20 years, which I loved, but then decided to try a Range Rover for a while. That's over! I'm so glad to be back at Stillman. Every time you walk into Stillman, you know you are going to be treated well. We bought the XC90 T6 yesterday from Denise McElhiney who is an extraordinary professional. She is clear, honest, concise and efficient. There wasn't one painful 'dealer' moment in the entire process. We love the car, we love the dealership, we love working with Denise. Thank you! More
Stranded far from home! I live in Raleigh, NC. My 2004 S80 Volvo broke down at Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA on Wednesday July 20th. I had an ABS brake failure. A I live in Raleigh, NC. My 2004 S80 Volvo broke down at Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA on Wednesday July 20th. I had an ABS brake failure. All the warning lights lit up. I was able to drive from the parking lot to a Starbucks nearby. After that, the car wouldn't start. I had to be towed to the closest Volvo dealer which turned out to be Stillman Volvo. I told them I was visiting my daughter who lived in Lansdale and was planning to return home to Raleigh on Friday July 22nd. I dealt with Greg Donaldson. He got my car looked at that afternoon. They couldn't find anything wrong so we decided to leave it overnight. One of the mechanics agreed to drive it home a 40 mile round trip. While we agreed to this, Greg offered me a ride to Lansdale which was 45 minutes away. We talked on Thursday morning. The mechanic could not get the car to replicate the ABS brake failure. I couldn't get to the dealership until Friday morning on July 22nd. I was shocked to find out when I wanted to pay my bill, THERE WAS NO CHARGE! I wasn't charged because Stillman couldn't definitively determine the problem! AMAZING to say the least. I've driven Volvos for 35 years. They are notorious for having random quirky computer module failures in the summer when it is really hot, like it was on July 20th. Once Stillman cleared the fault codes, my car drove fine. I drove the 400 miles back to Raleigh on Friday afternoon with no problems. I want to thank Greg Donaldson and the service team for looking at my Volvo immediately. I was given a courtesy ride to Lansdale which saved my daughter a 90 minute roundtrip. The mechanic didn't have to drive my car to his home and back but he did. If you own a Volvo and are on the fence as to which dealer in the Philadelphia suburbs to take your car for service or are considering purchasing a Volvo new or used for the 1st time, I would start with Stillman Volvo. Unsung hero to the rescue! This was our first experience with Stillman Volvo. We loved our new Volvo S60 Inscription AWD, and the granddaughters did too. What happened to us 4 months later was tragic, as a distracted teenage driver slammed into the car going a high rate of speed, while my daughter and granddaughter was stopped at the entrance to our development making a left turn. The car was amazing....it did exactly as designed....the impact was diffused over the outside of the vehicle while the occupants were unharmed and totally protected from shattered glass, whiplash, etc. It shut off the engine automatically, called 911 automatically, it was truly amazing, as the car was designed to save lives. I understand it is Volvo's legacy to put saving lives as priority #1. Our 4 year old granddaughter kept commenting weeks afterwards, Grandma's car is broken. Indeed it was....it was totaled by our insurance company. We were in a panic thinking this was a last new car, and I called Denise for advice on what to do, and she was wonderful. There was no doubt in our minds that we wanted another car just like this one, and Denise made it happen and at a fantastic price with even more features than our original car. When we arrived at the dealership to pick up the replacement car, she had all the paperwork ready to sign and the car was sitting in the service area, all ready to go. It didn't take us more than an hour to drive away, and most of that time was our fault, as we asked Denise to refresh our memory on how to set things up again. She is a whiz at this, as she drives a Volvo herself. Honestly, Denise is the most trustworthy, compassionate, and friendly car sales associate I've ever dealt with, and I've been buying cars for the past 45 years. More
Oh xxxx No!!! I was frustrated with my 2008 XC-90. Was tired of dumping money in to this truck. I was in tears and did not know what to do. I was determined not to put another dime into my truck nor was I going to take it home. I was walking around Stillman's show room floor trying to calm my nerve from the information I received from the service department about my Volvo. I walked out side the Stillman's car lot and came back in to the show room floor. When out of no where came the Volvo superhero David Parry. Who was able to calm my nerve with all off his people skills and knowledge of Volvo. I believe David could see my frustrations all over my face. He asked me how could he help me and I unleashed all of my frustration on him and he just listened. I told David that I seen a trucked I wanted and he took me over to that truck and I test drove that truck. David asked me was I sure I did not want to take my 2008 home with me and my exact words were "OH xxxx NO"!!!. All laugh a side David Parry love his job and it shows. He is a professional, knowledgeable of what is he is sailing, charismatic and ladies he is easy on the eyes. David is a great Salesman and I left Volvo completely happy. Thank you again David. More

The inventory of CPOs and new Volvos was incredible (and seemingly unending.) and the staff, from Reception to Service, is friendly and helpful. Our salesperson, David, was the finishing touch with his knowledgeable, attentive, and positive approach to our 'shopping'--it was like car shopping with a long-time friend. He wasn't satisfied until we found the make, color, model and amenities that we were hoping to find in our new car. The inventory is what brought us, David is what kept us. Stillman isn't close to us at all, but we plan to keep making that drive for all of our car needs. More
