We had originally spoke to Kyle on the phone and set up a time to meet and look at the vehicles we were interested in. He was prepared when we arrived. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and he helped us decide on the car that was right for us. He worked with us on getting the number where we wanted it to be on the purchase and also meeting a quote from another dealer on our trade-in. No pressure throughout the process just a "how can I make you happy" attitude! We purchased the vehicle and Kyle took the time with us in the vehicle going through each and every thing (saving us time on reading the manual). We are extremely happy with our purchase! David was not the "wheeler dealer" type; not the cold, hard sell that is quite common in car salesmanship. Instead, he was extremely friendly, quite humorous, very informative and beyond helpful. He took the time to explain things on the phone and didn't rush us in. He sent us several great, available options via e-mail. When we arrived in person, David immediately came out to greet us and allowed us to test drive the vehicle we were interested in, alone (which we enjoyed being able to do). The positive experience continued throughout the entire process; he offered us an exceptional price on a new vehicle, was able to meet my desired and previously quoted cost on trade-in, offered top-notch financing options and even threw in some extras for us.
