It was an odd experience. To keep it brief. We decided on the Enclave and were reviewing the Carfax when another dealer tried taking our keys to have another couple test drive. It was a little rude. Many salespeople did not respect mask or social distancing. After purchasing the vehicle we had to wait another 15 minutes to set up Constar when we could have done this an hour prior while we were waiting for the finance guy. FYI, we paid with a check. When we were about to drive off they said there was only 1 set of keys. This did not please me... Who only has one key and fob for a vehicle and does not disclose it. They did however make it right the following week when I bout it into the dealership. Which was another odd experience. They did not reset the oil gauge on the vehicle when they changed the oil. More
Service department not up to par. I had a problem with a vehicle under warranty. I didn't feel safe to drive it. Walked into the department looking for advice and help. No one greeted me. He must have been new because he was clueless yet tried sincerely to help me, but he was met with roadblocks. I was turned away. I contacted Johnson Motors of St. Croix Falls, WI. Extremely helpful, and within 5 minutes of them inspecting my vehich, they put my fears at ease and made a plan to fix my Chevy vehicle with 18,000 miles. Stillwater Motors...shame on you. I will never buy a car from you again nor allow you to touch my vehicle for service. More
Purchased 2015 ram 2500 bighorn with 59k miles said was inspected oil was leaking at dealer , guy who did oil changed aparantly missed the hole is what was told so they got on lift and I found manifold bol inspected oil was leaking at dealer , guy who did oil changed aparantly missed the hole is what was told so they got on lift and I found manifold bolts loose they tightened them 2 days later truck was sent back to get manifold replaced because it was warped 2 weeks later I get it back and leaking oil again Tpms on and now passenger manifold bolts are loose so needless to say truck is sent back money is back in my hand terrible service and mechanics don’t know anything. Do not purchase from them at all. More
Chevy Malabu Was told the car was checked over and safe to drive. Got home, took it to my mechanic, needs over $600 of work done. Right rear tire sensor, right fro Was told the car was checked over and safe to drive. Got home, took it to my mechanic, needs over $600 of work done. Right rear tire sensor, right front wheel bearing, left front control arm with ball joint. It's another $500+ to fix the locks on the back doors so they work. The car is nice but I didn't expect this. When looking at KBB, this car was over priced. More

We were told to come back the next day to fill out paperwork and even told the sales person what time we would be there. We received a call early that morning from said rep telling us he had just sold the truck to someone else..... More
Liars, Worst customer service in the state Bought a truck from one of the guys up there, he would say anything to make a sale, told him my plan and asked if that would affect the warranty, he s Bought a truck from one of the guys up there, he would say anything to make a sale, told him my plan and asked if that would affect the warranty, he said and I quote “ you should have no problems”. Now I bring it in for service and they say they will not touch my truck. No warranties or any help at all; so go to talk to GM and calls salesman in and he lies right to the GM and our face saying he said the warranties would be voided. Absolute liar. I negotiated my price at the sale to get the warranties and made it a point that I wanted them and that I wanted to be sure it would be covered. So after he lies right to all of our faces he just walks out. What kind of company let’s an an employee just walk out of their bosses office when called in because he didn’t want to deal with the customer anymore or a tough situation. Absolute joke. Will not go back Or recommend to anyone, not anyone there. Complete lack of any customer service. More

He quoted me a price, but when I asked hi Bob Holman told me over the phone (I live out of state) that the Tahoe I was interested in had the Z71 Pkg. He quoted me a price, but when I asked him to show me the paperwork he added the sales tax! And the Tahoe DID NOT have the Z71 Pkg-total lie. Everyone knows you pay tax in the state you're from, not at the dealer in another state. He just wanted me to fly up there and then be stuck with spending more money on a Tahoe that was not equipped like I had specified. Management did not care when I brought this to their attention. They are a dishonest group of typical car salesmen. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER ! They will lie and rip you off. More

No loaners available so Bob did a scan on why the light was on. He told me it was a circuit for the fuel level something or other, safe to drive, made an appt for Wednesday morning (today) got a loaner. He calls me just now they have to order the part. Really you knew I was bringing it in today and you could not have the parts on hand to fix it today? I have a rental car that they call an SUV it is a small box. Nothing like my high end Silverado High Country and I have to drive it until sometime tomorrow. NOT HAPPY at all. When I went in on Monday drove in, waited in my truck and pretty cool restored truck pulled in behind me the guys flocked to that one, not to my truck which was in their first. I really love my truck and now need to find a dealership in the area that will take care of me even though I did not purchase my truck through them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Service department. More
