When we got down there the car was in the coniditon he described over the phone and we were very pleased. He was even more frinedly and helpful in person and very accomadating and considerate fo the fact that we had just drove over 2 hours with a small child to look at this car. He is by far the best car sales person, actually the best sales person period, that we have ever worked with and after our last car buying experience at a different dealership it was a pleasure to work with him. When we signed all our papers the finance lady was not particularly friendly but she was not rude either, just kind of luke warm so to speak but Brian's friendliness and genuine approach more than made up for that. Since I went to the dealership on the last of 2013, I had to wait, but the manager was friendly, talked to me and discussed my interests while I waited and on one of the city's coldest nights. James and the rest of the Stivers team exceeded our expectations by eliminating much of the hassle traditionally associated with car sales. They delivered on all of their promises and did exactly what they said they would do. We are also very happy in choosing the 2014 Subaru Forester.
