Car repair After hitting a pothole and blowing out a tire , I had my outback towed on Sunday 03/11/18 to Stivers Subaru . I filled out the service enveloped for my advisor Harry Loui and put into lockbox. Monday morning around 7:30 am. From Harry Loui telling me they took the car into service and we’re able to save my rim but had to replace the tire. Wow I was very happy with the way my outback was serviced . Stivers Subaru rocks. Salesman extraordinary Bryan first contacted me when I inquired about a 2018 Subaru limited to replace my totaled 2015 Outback. I told him Imwould get back to him as soon a Bryan first contacted me when I inquired about a 2018 Subaru limited to replace my totaled 2015 Outback. I told him Imwould get back to him as soon as I heard from my insurance company. He never called back to pressure me, so when I had all the information to buy a new car, I contacted Bryan and he took it from there. I told him what I wanted and he found the car at another dealer and in 1 day had it on the lot. He added the extra features I wanted. We talked about financing and what I wanted to do as far as down payment etc. I then made an appointment to see the vehicle and then when I arrived, I got the "red carpet" treatment. He was just wonderful. He took the time to help me get the best financing, saving me money, and I felt he really had my best interests at hand. The whole process was went extremely smooth and I never felt pressured at any time. Once all the paper work was done, he then spent an incredible amount of time going over all the "bells and whistles" of my new vehicle. I was told that a rep. would contact me in a week to ask me to come back and answer any further questions that might arise. I am looking forward to it. Stivers Subaru is the best. I had my 2015 serviced with them and I will continue to do the same with my 2018. I would recommend Bryan and Stivers Subaru to all. You are more than a 5 star rather, 10 stars would be more like it.
