For 3 days I was in contact with 3 salesman via email and text. I drove 100 miles to arrive and they tell me the truck in question had been sold 2 days prior. I have no problem the truck was sold but they did not have the decency to let me know before I made a special 200 mile round trip for nothing. Not good business More

Rude finance department Bought a vehicle from here not long ago. The salesman was spectacular and made the entire buying process easy but once we went over to the finance dep Bought a vehicle from here not long ago. The salesman was spectacular and made the entire buying process easy but once we went over to the finance department things hit the fan. The guy would not take no for an answer. We had been there for hours and needed to leave. We kept telling him that we did not want additional coverage and he would find more and more things to show us. I am patient but it finally reached a point where it was just too much so I told him that we didn't want it and we needed to go. His reply was "It is my right and my obligation to tell you all of your options" in the rudest possible tone. He finished going over the warrenty so I told him I did not want an extended warranty and he nodded and said "okay." I thought when started clicking for a minute on his computer that we were finally getting the paperwork ready as we were in a hurry, only to a webpage of what all the extended warrenty covered! Did they think that being rude and making me stay LONGER would make me want to buy something I had already told them I did not want??? More

Service dept run around I called to make an appointment for service on my F250. When I arrived I pulled in to the service bay, got out, and one of the 4 people behind a comp I called to make an appointment for service on my F250. When I arrived I pulled in to the service bay, got out, and one of the 4 people behind a computer asked "how was I doing." I took that as a "can I help you" and told him I had a service appointment. He grumbled that they were just swamped, that it had been a long day, and a couple more negative comments all the while fumbling around his computer in an effort to find my truck record and service appointment. After several minutes, interrupted by chats with other employees, he said that my appointment was "on the other side" and that I could "back out and pull around there." I asked if I would have to go thru the same record search and he said "yep, afraid so." I went to the "quick lane" and received decent service from that group. More

Outstanding Service Team We were on our way from Orange Beach back to Wisconsin on Saturday, April 29th when the check engine light went on in our Mercury Mariner. We stopped at Stivers, and even though their Service Department was closed, Mark McGough, the QuickLane Manager, was able to find someone (I believe it was the service department foreman) to diagnose the issue, clear the problem and send us on our way. We are forever grateful for the OUTSTANDING SERVICE Mark and the Stivers team provided that day and would highly recommend them to anyone. More
