Friendly Sales Staff The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that I was in on a Saturday, and there were some bottlenecks due to limited staff (mostly finance). Anthony had the car inside on a day when wind chills were sub zero. We had a great test drive, and my trade-in was quickly appraised. Although we had to wait, they did have a nice lounge, and I was able to watch the same basketball game on their DirecTV that I would have watched at home. Everyone was friendly, and Anthony made the experience feel personal. I love the Ford CPO package. My Fusion is a purchase I haven't regretted in the month I've had it. More
