Horrible customer service ! Commercial sales manager - Richard is very unresponsive , every time his call goes to voicemail ! He refused to sign discounted paper, which is shady and proves that they were going to add up money at the end of the order ! I will definitely make a complaint with Ford's consumer service ! More
