I had been talking my vehicle to Hull Dobbs for several months to try and get the issue resolved and they kept saying it was fine only to have the same problem happen again and again and again. In one visit Stivers diagnosed the problem & fixed it! I just finished a 1300+ mile trip with zero problems! Thank God that the team at Stivers knew what they were doing!!!! More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Stivers Ford in Birmingham. Prior to my arrival we negotiated the deal, agreed to numbers so I sent the salesperson everything that they needed (Licence, ins, credit Birmingham. Prior to my arrival we negotiated the deal, agreed to numbers so I sent the salesperson everything that they needed (Licence, ins, credit info) to have the deal ready when I arrived within 20 minutes of them opening the doors. I was 4 hours away from home and needed to be back for child care reasons. Salesperson knew this and I figured 1.5 hours to be on the safe side. I was told that they would look at my trade, id sign a few forms, and id be in and out. I came out of the finance office 2 hours later and the vehicle wasn't even clean or fueled up. I had to wait even longer and meet the sales guy at the gas station to fill up. In text and Email at least twice I told them I didn't want be sent to ANY banks besides Ford Credit. Keep in mind the deal was approved before I left Florida. As I waited for the finance manager, he was in his office submitting my credit information to no less than 5 other banks. I have "Hard Inquiries" from banks I specifically asked not to be sent to. This is a violation of my personal information. I am trying to grow my score to refi my home, this will absolutely set me back. I have been selling Fords since 2005, I know the business and the games...... Needless to say I was late getting home.. That is when I opened my Idenity protect and saw the hard and unauthorized inquries. The GM reached out, placed some blame due to lack of communication and that was that. I wish I could rate my experience less than 1 star. I have filed complaints with Ford Credit and Ford Motor Company. I look forward to receiving the survey from Ford Motor Company, I may type in all caps. Protect your personal information when you walk in those doors, because they don't. Much Love More
They said I need new control arm ball joints but I had them replaced last year. I looked at them immediately when picking up and neither were busted or showed signs of wear.
