Stivers Ford of Birmingham - Service Center

I am so disappointed in the service that I received. A new motor was put in my vehicle and it fail apart and I was told that it was not under warranty. I will never ever do any kind of business with Stivers Ford ever again. More

Brandon and the team were outstanding and accommodating . I have switched from another ford service location to Stivers for all of my Fords now due to the outstanding customer service. Only one issue that was handled immediately but just a bit concerning. I had all 4 breaks done on my Expedition and when I picked it up and drove off I noticed a major wobble in the rear tires I brought it back to service and we found that one of the wheels lugnuts were not secure. Apologies were made and everything was gone over again, and I was happy with the result, but just a bit concerned about one of my wheels almost fell off. 😳 More

This is the BEST service center I’ve ever used. They are honest and will do whatever they can to get their customers back on the road safely and timely. I’ve been there 3 times this year. One was a fuel pump replacement, one was for a seatbelt latch breaking and one was a leaking seal on the rear differential. All three times they were great to work with. It’s not their fault my car is a bit of a lemon. Thankfully I have them to keep it running. More
