They make you get a loan or pay $1000 more for your vehicle. Stupid policy. Kept my vehicle for 3 weeks to fix 2 simple items. Finance gal was argumentative. vehicle. Stupid policy. Kept my vehicle for 3 weeks to fix 2 simple items. Finance gal was argumentative. More
My wife and I had a terrific experience at Stivers when looking at a Lincoln Nautilus. The dealership was fantastic. We had a large selection to choose from and the entire process was a well-run operation. looking at a Lincoln Nautilus. The dealership was fantastic. We had a large selection to choose from and the entire process was a well-run operation. Our salesperson , Rodney Larson, was knowledgeable about all options, took the time to explain them all and had great follow through. He was very good at connecting us with the vehicle that had what we were looking for. Throughout the process, he was never pushy and stayed dialed-in to comprehension. Rodney went through every question we had and never seemed like he only cared about making the sale. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. We will definitely be back in the future. More
Received some odd emails from Zach White, at this store, calling my husband Yoyo for some bizarre reason, then sending him creepy videos of himself standing near a truck. When my husband asked him to sto calling my husband Yoyo for some bizarre reason, then sending him creepy videos of himself standing near a truck. When my husband asked him to stop that, he replied by email "lol I thinks it’s a bit weird to continue emailing someone you have asked to stop emailing you. Have a great day yoyo. Respectfully, Zach White Stivers Ford Lincoln". Just a strange interaction, so I do not recommend this place. More

Don't do it! I have purchased 2 vehicles from Stivers regrettably. The first one had multiple electrical issues that took many appointments to figure out. Once th I have purchased 2 vehicles from Stivers regrettably. The first one had multiple electrical issues that took many appointments to figure out. Once they thought they had it fixed, we traded it in. Second vehicle, was overcharged by $1000 for bedliner that was to cost around $700. Lack of accountability is their MO. Various closing steps missed in our purchase, couldn't find our second set of keys for a our brand new vehicle. I could go on and on with why this isn't a place you want to purchase a vehicle from Stivers! More

My wife and I had an abnormally pleasant experience purchasing a used Camry. Ben D. offered excellent pre-sales support which was essential as we were interested in the car, but 350 miles out-of-state purchasing a used Camry. Ben D. offered excellent pre-sales support which was essential as we were interested in the car, but 350 miles out-of-state. His communications via phone calls, text, and email were outstanding. Particularly appreciated his doing a video walk around and then also coming in on his day-off to complete the transaction. We also had a pleasant experience with the Finance Manger, Sandro M. who was very personable and handled a lot of paperwork to complete the sale. Overall, very pleased with the car, and people we interacted with. There was even a young fellow that helped us find Ben on the morning we arrived to complete the transaction. We had a few post sale communications related to a couple loose ends. Those were excellent as well, including very professional and detailed response to an inquiry about the delay in processing our check we received by email from Irina A. There were 3 things that could have made our experience a bit better. Our car was supposedly run thru 130+ point inspection. I would have liked to see the car well detailed for picking it up. It did not appear to have even been washed that morning, let along waxed. Interior was fine. Engine compartment was clean. For having been supposedly well checked over, it was a bit concerning when taking it out for a short test drive the morning of sales transaction, that we had the low tire indicator on the dash showing. They then pumped up the tires and said booth rears were low. When back home, I checked the tires and while they had added enough so the indicator was off on the dash, they were still several pounds below recommended pressures on the door and the tires were not set evening on all 4 tires. (My gauges are quite accurate.) The 3rd thing - we don't purchase may cars at dealerships. WIsh they had told us up front that they / their bank places a hold of 10 business days on personal checks. We could have easily used a cashiers check had we known of this practice up-front. Over all, good experience and glad things turned out well as we invested 350mi one way travel and overnight stay. -dale & jane More
