Friends for Life Spencer went above and beyond when helping us weigh the pros and cons (none) of committing to the new experience of the Fusion hybrid Energi. From the first visit, when the Energi feature was unfamiliar to him, he researched and studied the concept and the very next day was able to explain and demonstrate the beauty of the system. His commitment to be informed and informative "sealed the deal" when it came to deciding to purchase the used Fusion Titanium Hybrid Energy offered by Stivers. I've driven hybrids for the last 5 years and the addition of the electric plug in feature is the sensible progression for improving the efficiency of the hybrid experience. We purchased the car for my husband who is a self-proclaimed technophobe, and even he admits that due to Spencer's patient and thorough explanation of how to operate it he isn't intimidated by plethora of features offered. When it came time to finance, Matt was also patient and helpful in deciding which "extras" would be the most useful. No more, no less. All-in-all, a pleasurable experience! How many others can say that about purchasing the right car? Stivers - the right place for me!! More

Very disappointed Took our car in for warranty work, needed to have a replacement car so were required to sign a rental agreement. Karigan, gave my son the impression that he needed to agree to the $21.00 a day insurance coverage, even though he told her we had State Farm, in order to be given a car to drive. Basically wouldn't take "NO" for an answer!! Then Tim Duff was the employee we were dealing with to fix the rattle in the fan. My son took the car there and figured he would have Tim ride with him so he could have him listen to the rattle, Tim said he didn't need to. The next day Tim called my husband and said he couldn't hear a rattle. My son even took a recording of the noise on his phone before he took the car in, so he could have who ever worked on his car listen to it, but he still refused to listen to the recording. Needless to say, we were told there wasn't a rattle and there was nothing more they were going to do. Will never do business with this dealership again and recommend if anyone does, you are doing it at your own risk!!!!!! More
