TBK, I would like to invite you in to meet with myself and our Service Director to discuss your experience and to see if we can come up with a resolution for you. I would also like to take a ride with you in your Taurus, so I can see first hand for myself what you are experiencing. We never want to have a customer come to us for help and leave with a bad taste in their mouth.
