They had a model that I considered and offered to let me test drive. Following the test drive, they asked for my information and contacted me when I returned home to let me know I could come back and test drive the vehicle again or to let them knowif I had questions. None of the other dealerships I visited that week had done the same oreven contacted me. The 10 year warranty helped me with my choice of purchase showing the reliability of equipment. I let the dealership know the type of car I wanted as well as the details (sports, limited, economy, AWD, etc). The dealership even went a step further to ask what color I wanted. The following day, they had the car ready to receive at the dealership and contacted me. The process to purchase the car did not take long and they even helped with ordering the accessories I wanted with the Tucson (cargo rack). The professionalism displayed here and service to the customer are traits I admire and what make me feel welcomed back. I am very appreciative of the experience. THANK YOU! More
