Worst experience ever Tried to buy a used Mustang from them. I'm in Charlotte,NC. About a hour away. I would write them and it would take 3 or 4 days to hear anything back. When i finally did hear something it was always a run around. Or they were rude when i called them to find out something. Like i was bothering them to buy their car and make them a commission. Felt very unappreciated as a customer. Needless to say i didn't buy their car and if i were anyone else i would be very carefull. Part of Sonic Automotive Group which is very high on their "true price". Stay away. Too many other dealers that still believe in taking care of the customer out there. More
