We purchased a mini van in October and after a few months decided to trade it in for a smaller SUV. During our original purchase, we were treated with respect, courtesy, and appreciation. Of course, when we returned a few months later for the trade-in, we were given the same quality treatment. They made the experience easy and memorable. Our salesman, Sam Quiller, worked with me every step of the way and went the extra mile by communicating with me through phone AND email. This meant a lot as sometimes getting to the dealership is often inconvenient. Sam went out of his way to make sure everything we needed was handled and just what we wanted. He made everything easy to understand and was so friendly and knowledgable. The buying experience was also quick and effortless unlike some dealerships I've been to. Shane in the finance department is also amazing. He is a great addition to the professional, but relaxed, atmosphere that Capitol Hyundai offers. They don't try to oversell you and throw add-ons at you or other things that you don't want or need. No one at this dealership was ever pushy, arrogant, or tried to pressure us into buying until we were absolutely happy and satsified. Shane even made a trip to my home after a signature on one form was left off. These guys truly epitomize great customer service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. If we're ever in the market again, we're going back to Capitol Hyundai! More

I purchased a cadillac cts 07 on October 22nd and only god knows where my tags are. I paid for the tags as part of my down payment and they keep telling me bogus stories. I have driven 22 miles 5 times on god knows where my tags are. I paid for the tags as part of my down payment and they keep telling me bogus stories. I have driven 22 miles 5 times on several issues on this purchase. I am totally irritated by the grimy service they provide to hard working people. At this point, I will be asking for a refund soon and if I don't get it, I will be going to a lawyer to press charges because this is looking like a fraud. Even mom n pop dealers provide good service. If I was the boss, I will fire everybody that works there. It's over 2 months on this purchase and the clowns that work there are still dumb founded. I wish I had never went there. They are bad luck and will waste ever second of your time. More
