Worse service department ever!! No one answers telephone and I was lied to regarding status of my vehicle. Absolutely abysmal. I recently purchased my 3rd Hyundai from sakesman Louis Ukata since 2014. He was very knowledgeable about products and guided me to exactly the vehicle I was looking for. I came in for service & left with Ukata since 2014. He was very knowledgeable about products and guided me to exactly the vehicle I was looking for. I came in for service & left with a new vehicle. The Finance Dept & Service Dept were also very courteous & knowledgeable. The entire buying experience was pleasant. I will purchase my next Hyundai from Stivers and Louis. More
I took my daughter’s car to have a brake light issue looked at. They covered it under warranty with no questions. The other Hyundai dealer in Greenville South Carolina would not even consider looking at looked at. They covered it under warranty with no questions. The other Hyundai dealer in Greenville South Carolina would not even consider looking at it under warranty. They told my daughter it was because we didn’t replace the lightbulb with a Hyundai light bulb. It turned out it was the wiring harness as we thought. This is probably one of the best dealerships that I’ve dealt with. Isaac and Brian were great. Very professional and they even washed her car after the oil was changed and after the repair. I think this place sets the bar for other dealerships and how to treat their customers. More
