I bought a new 2026 Lincoln aviator from this dealer and was told it had resistall paint protection added for $500.00 well after a few rain showers and washing the vehicle the water doesn’t bead off and the was told it had resistall paint protection added for $500.00 well after a few rain showers and washing the vehicle the water doesn’t bead off and the paint isnt slick to the touch its rough to the touch indicating no paint protection was added. A quick search on the products wedbsite states it is hydrophobic and repels water. When I call the salesman he said we can mail you more product so I can reapply myself No thanks you can refund my $500.00 for the resistall you didn’t put on the paint. I will have a shop put on a quality paint protection. More
