i leased this 08 chev malibu here and got great service from salesman john who is no longer there. only dealer i ever used that the owner had time to also be with the customer for my needs. this year wh from salesman john who is no longer there. only dealer i ever used that the owner had time to also be with the customer for my needs. this year when i took my 2008 chev. malibu to service it and inspection,they did a very good job and in reasonable time while i waited. also did some waranty work that i was not aware of and explained everything to me they did. only place i ever paid my bill and walked out the door and my vehicle was right there waiting to get in. when my lease is up i will be returning to purchase a new lease vehicle. Where do you want me to start? We bought our Aztec in the winter when there was snow all over the car. After we got it home we found that the hood had a big dent in it. Stockers wouldn't fix it. Next the inside of the Aztec was very dirty they told us they would send it out to clean it for us, and that they would take care of it. Two days later, it came back with wet seats and still dirty inside. Not happy with that at all!!!!! We found out later that the car had been wrecked and the right side door was replaced. They never bothered to tell us that. We went back to Stockers to trade our Aztec in and they didn't want anything to do with it they new what they sold us. A PILE OF JUNK!!!! Never will tell anyone to buy from them. I will not go back..The sales person gave us a bad deal... More

The experience with Stocker was the best I have ever had with a dealer. I had previously had service done there on my childrens cars and would highly recomend them. Two years ago, I set outto buy a Toyota Matrix, but my local Toyota Dealer would not even let me test drive a Matrix until I "sat down and did paperwork". I was so angry I drove to State College and bough local Toyota Dealer would not even let me test drive a Matrix until I "sat down and did paperwork". I was so angry I drove to State College and bought a Subaru the very same day. Stocker's didn't even ask about money until I had made up my mind to purchase, I liked that. It was near closing time but the salesman and the loan-handler guy stayed a little later to get the sale done that day, so I wouldn't have to drive back to State College the next day.(one and a half hour drive). Very helpful. I love the car. It's a 2009 Forester. It hasn't needed anything yet. It went through the snow both winters and got me to work every day, even the days the plows weren't out yet. My gas mileage runs about 26 mpg and I am a leadfoot. This is my FIRST Subaru, but it won't be my last. Take that, Toyota. More

I had a great experience taking my car in and also for the problem of rail dust on the paint. Everyone is always so friendly and caring. They are always willing to take a minute to answer my questions, even if I just stop by to ask something. I am provided with a ride when my car will be in for more than a couple hours. In the auto body department Bo and the woman that does the desk is awesome. I can go into the dealership and they are happy to fix things for me. My warranty is great and I really appreciate their willingness to help me. I just went in the other day because I had hit a cement parking thing and my front was messed up a little. I went in to have them look at it and they put new screws in right away. I really appreciate knowing that if I have a question or problem I can trust that they can take care of it quickly and have it done right!! I had a terrible time with one of the sales people and ended up buying my subaru at another dealer. He lied and was very rude. Everything since then has been great! More

Absolutely awful. Refuse to ever go there again. Overcharged and underperformed. A new headlight that they didn't even align, so one pointed up and the other down. Not to mention their "shuttle" service which is not, by any means, clearly defined of locations that it takes you nor the hours in which it operates. With it being february and a whopping 8 degrees outside, you think this "shuttle" would be willing to take you home. Negative. They got me a ride with some random person because they never mentioned the shuttle wasn't going to where they said it was. Awful. Absolutely awful. More
