Gas in your car purchase - not included. Bad business! My wife and I drove down from Logan to look at a car that had come in as a trade in. It was in beautiful condition. My wife and I loved the car, so we decided to buy it. The negotiating process went alright. The financing process was also smooth. After paying nearly $20,000 for this used Honda Pilot, I was handed the keys and told that I needed to fill the tank up. The tank was practically empty when we test drove it, so we were expected to pay $50 to fill it up. We had taken time off of work in the middle of the week to drive down and look at the car. I had to forcefully beg the sales person to give me a half tank of gas. He ended up talking to his sales manager, who obliged to give us "ten gallons." Wouldn't you think it would be in the best interest of the business at least give the customer a half of tank of gas after they have spent so much money on a car? I left with such a bad taste in my mouth, I do not believe that I will be able to give them my business again or recommend them to any of my family members or close friends in the future. More
Honestly I wasn’t thrilled with the Honda dealership when I walked in. I felt that the last three visits I’d been given the runaround. Dwayne did such a fabulous job of listening and going out of his way t I walked in. I felt that the last three visits I’d been given the runaround.
