I came to the service center with a problem with my brakes. First of all, I am an idiot when it comes to car stuff: I do not have experience with successful car repairs, and I don't know a whole lot a brakes. It was great to have Christie meet with me at the dealership. I have had poor experiences with service staff at other LHM dealerships- where on two separate service calls I wasn't believed about the dealership. Having a female as a contact gives women a contact where they feel they will be listened to, not talked down to, and not taken for a ride because they don't know cars as well a majority of the time.
