The staff was helpful. I still don’t understand why the process takes so long. I would think if the car has been selected and the application process started before arrival, it could take less than 4 hours process takes so long. False Advertising online. Slow. Have a hard time focusing on one customer at a time. Tried to run credit multiple times when I was financing with own credit union. To get the customers in, this dealership provides the absolute lowest out the door prices via truecar or any other online/email enquiries. But once you are at the dealership they will start their tactics absolute lowest out the door prices via truecar or any other online/email enquiries. But once you are at the dealership they will start their tactics by adding all other stuffs like theft protection, reduce the discounts initially offered, charges for financing via honda etc and will bump up the price. When you reach manager, they will not honor the out the door prices quoted earlier. Worst experience and waste of time. So think twice before going to this dealership !!! More

A very good experience! It was late on a Saturday night and I couldn't believe how personable everyone was. Our salesperson, Luke, told us it was his first day on the job and he treated us like old friends and I couldn't believe how personable everyone was.
