Very good service I did not get to thank Brandon when I picked up the car since he was getting backed up but the service was much better than I expected. He actually l I did not get to thank Brandon when I picked up the car since he was getting backed up but the service was much better than I expected. He actually listened to what was going on with the car and what we had tried and was very informative on what they found when diagnosing it. Service was personable and friendly which was refreshing after some nightmares with a local BMW service department that broke our windshield and then drug it out to a 3 week ordeal to get replaced. They then repeatedly acted like they were doing us a service and weren't going to bill us for the windshield they broke (while doing a recall). I'm just amazed that a Honda Dealership that we didn't even buy the car from could be so great to work with when a brand like BMW makes us even question owning another one. Good for you and thanks Brandon for all of your work and getting it done so fast! More
