Service and Recall appointment I recently had an appointment for my Hyundai Sonata Sport and just wanted to say how absolutely great the service department is. Xavier is awesome he I recently had an appointment for my Hyundai Sonata Sport and just wanted to say how absolutely great the service department is. Xavier is awesome he always goes above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of. Because I live an hour away I usually stay and wait while they are working on my car, this time it was a lengthy process and Xavier made sure I had a ride to go get some lunch and was very considerate and kept me advised of what all was going on. I would 100% recommend having any vehicle repair or maintenance done at Stockton Hyundai. X is the man he deserves a raise! More

Won't ever do business there again Long story short bought a car there from getting down to signing my last paper to the manager coming and telling us that their employee made a mistake Long story short bought a car there from getting down to signing my last paper to the manager coming and telling us that their employee made a mistake about the price listed on the vehicle vs the online price and was gonna lose his job because of it had I not said that they can put the price at what it say online.as a consumer I could have fought it but I believe in karma.3 weeks later my car starts overheating in addition my battery was dying constantly. Bring it to them they insist nothing is wrong. Turns out the inspection they performed was for hyundai's and not my car. They finally fixed it after a 4 month battle. Fast forward to now I have a warranty that I purchased and come to find out they only cover literally the stuff listed not what they sell you so beware. Likely 3k down the tubes in addition to me still having to get my car fixed. I definitely won't ever do business or recommend this place. Scam from the beginning. I give this dealership 0 stars and that is generous. Shortly after this posting I got a call from the GM pretty much telling me he was going to work with me but since I made the review hes not going to help me and that if I want any help to deal with my warranty. Definitely not taking this down now. More
