Elantra Buyer, 2nd time This dealership is under new ownership. The dealership is cleaner, the staff are far less obnoxious and we actually had a good time; a first for us. No one bugged us and they allowed us to wander around looking at all the models, including ones we weren't considering. They didn't steer us, upsell, etc. The only time we moved up a model and a marque was when we reviewed the crash statistics on the car we wanted and found it was a "not recommended" on Consumer Reports for crash safety. We moved up to the Elanta (basic) and finally to the mid-grade Elantra when the marque we wanted didn't have all the safety features we wanted. We weren't pressured to buy, it was presented as an option in the buying experience. So far, we've been treated well by the dealership. More
