He has the upmost patience and respect for potential car buyers. I know I was that "difficult customer" and he didn't make me feel that way at all. He understood all of my needs and knew that I wasn't going to walk out of there with something I did not 100% want. He even brought dinner back to the dealership for my boyfriend and I while we did all of the financing paperwork because it was already very late. We were given credit for a $500 rebate from Hyundai, but I was of the impression that the rebate was probably higher than that, but that we were only given the $500 credit, and that the rest of the rebate was given to the dealer.
