You’ll Think Everything Would Go Easy If You Already Pre-Approved Well At Dick Smith Chevrolet That Is NOT the case. I Was Pre-Approved By Global Lending Services (GLS). I Made That Aware When I First Spoke To Greg. He insisted That His Manager Said He Sure That I Can Get Approved From Somewhere Else. Me Knowing How Stressful It Was For Me To Get Approved I Said I Would Like To Stick To My Finance Company. Hours After I Gave Him My Information I Heard NOTHING Back. He Said He Was With Another Customer Which Was Fine. When We Spoke Again He Mentioned He Cant Do Financing With GLS Because They Would Charge A $800 Fee. Then Mentioned They Made A Mistake On The Sale Price. As He Was Explaining This He Mentioned About Rising The Price. Moments Later We Agreed To Raise The Price By 800. He Then Call Us Back And Say They Can’t Do That It Would Be Illegal. Remind You He Was The One That Gave Us That Idea. So I Finally Gave In And Let Them Run My Credit ONLY 3 Times. I Pacifically Asked Him Not To Run My Credit From Capital One, Westlake, Ally. 3 More Hours Goes By I Haven’t Heard From ANYONE. I Get An Alert From My Credit Report That Capital One Pulled My Credit File So Now I Have To Dispute An Inquiry. Score Dropped 11 Points With No CarAnd More Inquiries. Remind You I Still Haven’t Heard From Anyone At The Dealership UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED, Dishonest. Will Be Contacting Corporate And District Manager Unacceptable!! More
Bought a SUV here, end of July ‘16 Staff very professional & ended up buying a extended warranty which is good through 5 year’s or 100 K . We actually used it after 3 year’s no issues what so ev professional & ended up buying a extended warranty which is good through 5 year’s or 100 K . We actually used it after 3 year’s no issues what so ever. The sales manage was very easy to work with & even help out with tires. The old one’s were not in bad shape but I pointed out they were dry rotted & he so he agreed it should have been caught. First time on their lot & we drove one of their vehicles home. Nice People nice experience.. They even were nice enough to take Us up to the gas station & put $40 buck in the tank. Thanks Guy’s Will Buy from in the Future ! More

I am no shrinking violet and can handle myself so when I say someone was condescending, rude and a misogynist, you better know, I was mad. I was called by chevy on the phone and they said they would have monte call me, of course, that was last week, still waiting. also, I was sent to the voice mail of I believe, maynard, left 2 phone numbers over a month ago, still waiting on that call. I will use your service center but I would not buy another car there. just rude. I am 70 and a veteran and do not take kindly to disrespect. you asked, there it is. More

Problem car I purchased a used 2014 Impala, 31,000 miles, my wife a 14 Malibu, my kid a 2015 Cruz, my friend a 14 Malibu. From one salesman. The Impala is garbage, engine, vehicle codes, break system/stabilitrack issues haunt me.Dealer fixed all Cam sensors under warranty. They can't find other issues unless I pay more for service. And it was on the lift being checked. I've been robbed by them, stay away from here, customer service and loyalty is a joke. I called the salesman for help/advice, no reply at all from him. Take your business somewhere else, try Toyota, better quality and staff. More
Taking advantage of young people I was contacted to help a young guy that is here working out of town and out of his state. He went in to have his truck repaired and it could not be d I was contacted to help a young guy that is here working out of town and out of his state. He went in to have his truck repaired and it could not be done and ended up being talked into buying a truck with a payment of $700. I feel and he feels that he has been taken advantage of he tried to get out of the deal the very next day and they told him not so. He put over $3,000 down and just wants to get his money back and bring the truck back. Again he is a young guy 21 years old and is not in his own state, does not have family here and he is just been taken advantage of by a Salesman at this dealership. More
