I will never bring my vehicle back here again! I brought it in because my check engine light keeps turning on, my a/c not working right- it worked everywhere except for the drivers side- that side I brought it in because my check engine light keeps turning on, my a/c not working right- it worked everywhere except for the drivers side- that side blew warm air( It would sometimes work, but not always), and my rear brakes needed to be done. They fixed my check engine light by turning it off- (Said that it was a Ford issue even though everytime I asked about it- I got a different story). They replaced the brakes (hopefully this was done correctly) and my a/c well that went to complete crap. They told me that they needed to replace the txv- which they did. Then they evacuated the refrigerant from my vehicle and found that there is a blockage somewhere (they think). They now want me to pay over $1800 to replace my compressor. I brought my car in with the A/C cooling, and now it doesn't!! I asked my service advisor, Noah, if my a/c was going to at least work the same as when I brought it in, and was told yes!! Yeah, it doesn't. I brought my car in on a Tuesday and they kept it until Saturday even though my paperwork work said they promised it back same day. I feel completely taken advantage of and I feel because I am a woman- this happened even more so. We were in the market to buy a new car (replacing a different one) and guess where we will not be getting a car from!!!! Any of the Stoke Hodges dealerships!! Don't take your car here for service!! Especially if you are a woman!!!!!!! They essentially charged me over $900 to fix my rear brakes!!! They charged me for the txv (nothing was wrong with the original one btw) and had the nerve to say that they were not charging me for the labor to replace it!! Never again!!! More

Horrible communication for 3 weeks, misleading information by salespeople. I bought the car, paid cash , and they still gave it because they did not get it serviced and prepared for sale. We came friday and I would never buy a car from from your dealership .The experience in store was terrible. Past experiences you normally sign a document before running. and the salesman lost my keys and we drove home on second only to find out he had keys we were low on gas asked what l they could do to help us was told sorry nothing. My experience at this Ford dealership was beyond disappointing. I had scheduled an appointment to view a specific truck and took time off work to be there. They wasted my time and money by not informing me in advance. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this dealership. I would strongly advise against dealing with them. Find a dealership that respects your time and communicates effectively. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. More

I took my vehicle in for a standard service (non air conditioner related) and my AC did not blow cold when i got my truck back. This is the 3 time this exact same thing has happened.
