My experience at this Ford dealership was beyond disappointing. I had scheduled an appointment to view a specific truck and took time off work to be there. Despite confirming my appointment, I arrived only to be informed that the truck had already been sold. The lack of communication and disregard for my time was completely unprofessional. They wasted my time and money by not informing me in advance. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this dealership. I would strongly advise against dealing with them. Find a dealership that respects your time and communicates effectively. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. More

I took my vehicle in for a standard service (non air conditioner related) and my AC did not blow cold when i got my truck back. This is the 3 time this exact same thing has happened.
