I was traveling and had problems with my transmission leaking and smoking and called the next morning to see if I could get in they said they were booked up for two months but would work me in repaired leaking and smoking and called the next morning to see if I could get in they said they were booked up for two months but would work me in repaired the problem in about an hour and a half it was overfilled with transmission fluid by a previous dealer and now my truck is running great no leaks thanks to Noah and his staff they were very friendly and accommodating and I would definitely go back . I highly recommend these people at Stoke Hodges Ford in Graniteville South Carolina we will be seeing more of them my husband is working up here from out of state so both our trucks will be serviced by Stokes Hodges Ford dealership More

Stood in the showroom over 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Waited over 6 hours for an answer on financing. When followed up with questions no response. After months of car shopping and one too many encounters with shady salespeople, I have to say that Stoke Hodges Ford is hands down the finest vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. Billy Nash was my with shady salespeople, I have to say that Stoke Hodges Ford is hands down the finest vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. Billy Nash was my salesman, and he was really attentive to our needs and quick to respond to any issues we had. Normally I dread going to auto dealerships and spending hours there. Billy made things very simple, and my car was delivered the VERY NEXT DAY after I made a deposit. Customer service was PHENOMENAL from the receptionist to the finance managers. Even the delivery drivers were fantastic. In the future, I will undoubtedly purchase vehicles from them. Make sure to ask for Billy Nash if you buy from this dealership. He'll hustle to get the automobile you desire and make sure you are taken care of. More

Started off as SEEMINGLY genuine personable people...same as the rest all fake. Annoyed!!! Very annoyed. Purchased vehicle in JULY, STILL DO NOT HAVE TAG or vehicle registered. NOW license are potentially suspended, and stopped by law enforcement several times due to temp tag. Now the response is it is out of their hands. Title been expedited, since JULY. Vehicle bought ran 1 week and had to wait a month for repairs that cost me $1000. Waiting to be reimbursed or compensated for cost but even that seems to be a lost cause. Not only did I bring in the ne repairs that cost me $1000. Waiting to be reimbursed or compensated for cost but even that seems to be a lost cause. Not only did I bring in the new parts but purchased a new coil to replace a burned out one and didn’t even get the new parts back that I had to install,to get it to them for repair. All the items should have been gone over before the truck was put on the line. Saw a lot of Fords on transports today,watch yourself,even the new ones,they’re being delivered,halfass. 1. They sell cars/trucks to customers with empty promises to fix what blemishes or repairs are needed. They will bill you when they say it won’t cost you anything. 2.
