After months of car shopping and one too many encounters with shady salespeople, I have to say that Stoke Hodges Ford is hands down the finest vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. Billy Nash was my with shady salespeople, I have to say that Stoke Hodges Ford is hands down the finest vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. Billy Nash was my salesman, and he was really attentive to our needs and quick to respond to any issues we had. Normally I dread going to auto dealerships and spending hours there. Billy made things very simple, and my car was delivered the VERY NEXT DAY after I made a deposit. Customer service was PHENOMENAL from the receptionist to the finance managers. Even the delivery drivers were fantastic. In the future, I will undoubtedly purchase vehicles from them. Make sure to ask for Billy Nash if you buy from this dealership. He'll hustle to get the automobile you desire and make sure you are taken care of. More
Started off as SEEMINGLY genuine personable people...same as the rest all fake. Annoyed!!! Very annoyed. Purchased vehicle in JULY, STILL DO NOT HAVE TAG or vehicle registered. Vehicle bought ran 1 week and had to wait a month for repairs that cost me $1000. Waiting to be reimbursed or compensated for cost but even that seems to be a lost cause. Not only did I bring in the new parts but purchased a new coil to replace a burned out one and didn’t even get the new parts back that I had to install,to get it to them for repair. All the items should have been gone over before the truck was put on the line. Saw a lot of Fords on transports today,watch yourself,even the new ones,they’re being delivered,halfass. Disappointed F-150 owner I have a 2017 F-150 Ecoboost that I bought new from Satcher Ford. It is a Lariat FX-4 that is loaded with a spray in bed liner from the factory. I p I have a 2017 F-150 Ecoboost that I bought new from Satcher Ford. It is a Lariat FX-4 that is loaded with a spray in bed liner from the factory. I paid nearly $60K for it and it is still under warranty for what it’s worth. I took it in to Satcher for a recall and 3 warranty items. A miss at 40 MPH, a noise in the front end, and a piece of the bedliner the size of a 50-cent piece has chipped up. They kept it a week and fixed nothing. They never called me with status updates, then said they couldn’t get it to miss when they drove it, couldn’t hear the noise in the front end and Ford denied the bed liner saying it was physical damage and that I must have dropped a shovel or rake in the bed. I don’t remember ever doing that, there is no dent or other evidence of physical damage. Even if I did drop something as light as a shovel or rake wouldn’t you think a bed liner would have stood up to that? I have never carried anything very heavy or abrasive in the bed either. That is obvious because the rest of the bed looks unused. I also noticed that there is no paint or primer under the spray in liner. If you are smart you will not get a factory spray in liner. That way you will get the extra protection of primer and paint before the liner is sprayed in and a warranty that may not be honored. The dealer was my best friend while I was buying the truck, but the service department is terrible, and Ford is even worse. This will probably be my last Ford truck and I will never use this dealer again. More
