Outstanding Customer Service My name is Taryn Birchfield and Kia of Augusta is not just a place to buy a vehicle, but a place to be welcomed without hassle. I had researched and n My name is Taryn Birchfield and Kia of Augusta is not just a place to buy a vehicle, but a place to be welcomed without hassle. I had researched and narrowed down what I wanted and what my mother wanted out of a vehicle. I was wanting the 2016 Sorento and my mother the 2016 Sedona. When I arrived at Kia I was met with a smiling face from Antonio Buoy "Toni". He was not only knowledgeable about the 2016 Kia fleet but also very interested in making sure he sought out exactly what I was looking for. If he didn't have the answer, he immediately worked at finding the person that could answer my question. After we narrowed down the vehicles Toni got us Mr. David Wolfe in finance to go over our options. We worked very well with David in coming to a manageable agreement for payments and such. I felt at ease with dealing with Mr. Wolfe and he spoke in terms that were very easy to understand. After we had everything settled and continued on with the buying process we got to finalize with Mr. Cerrone Walker (finance Manager). Again, we were met with a smiling face and someone that was more than willing to explain anything we needed broken down. Little was left to explain because he was awesome at his job and explained everything and broke down all cost. When we finished all the car buying process up we got to speak with Candice Cleveland and she helped explained all of our buttons and gadgets within our new vehicles. She also set us up with future appointments to keep our vehicles in tip top shape. Everyone we came in contact with not only met our expectations but exceeded them. That is exactly why we left with not one but two new vehicles. My mom got her 2016 Sedona and I got my 2016 Sorento. We are beyond pleased with our experience and that all started with Toni. I highly recommend asking for Mr. Buoy when you go in. We have definitely found our car dealership for life. Thank you all. More
