I was in the market for a Kia Forte GT, and had done all of my research. I tried both of the Kia dealers in Augusta, and Kia of Augusta on Gordon Highway was the FAR better to work with. Terence, my sales of my research. I tried both of the Kia dealers in Augusta, and Kia of Augusta on Gordon Highway was the FAR better to work with. Terence, my salesman did not try to pressure me into anything else, nor did the finance manager try to talk me into any options I didn't want. Unlike the other dealer, they had the exact car I wanted in stock, and it was a pleasure to deal with them. They showed me all of the numbers right upfront, and answered anything I questioned in plain language, that was easy to understand. The whole staff made buying my car a pleasure, and I am happy to recommend them. Thanks! More

Kia Soul 2020 I went in for required service on my 2016 Kia Soul and was asked if I wanted to trade it in for a 2020. I didn’t think it could be done in my same pay I went in for required service on my 2016 Kia Soul and was asked if I wanted to trade it in for a 2020. I didn’t think it could be done in my same payment range but they did it! Shante’ Jenkins was excellent in helping keep my payments down. She made my deal effortless. Matt Holley had extreme patience while explaining the technology side of my great new car! I have had nothing but good experiences at Kia of Augusta and hope to continue this relationship for years to come. I get emails telling me when my car is due for service, usually with an attached coupon to make my service more affordable. You can schedule online and you can wait or they can drive you somewhere. I seriously have never had any issues with this dealership. More
